ID 4mm, OD 22mm. The lanky though hole slip rings is characterized by long body compared with the common standard though hole slip ring. The housing material is stainless steel and the inner contacting material is precious metal. ByTune's engineering team designs and manufactures the lanky through hole slip rings as customer application's special requirements.


The through hole slip rings generally are installed in a shaft, so the inside dimension requires very close tolerance to fit the shaft. The tolerance of ByTune's lanky through hole slip rings controlled in 0.1mm. This through hole slip rings typically applied in this place which limit at the width not the length. At ByTune the length and other dimensions of slip rings is flexible as your requirements. Our slip rings can be used in any system requiring electrical power and signals transmission from a fixed to an intermittently or continuously rotating system.
